Replacement or repair under claims relating to authorized transactions |

Export with back import or import with back export, or transfer from or to the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria for replacement or repair under claims relating to authorized transactions shall take place under the general provisions for export, import or transfer. To obtain an export license on claim, an import license on claim or a transfer license for this effect, the same documents as for the authorization for export, import or transfer, are submitted. In case of a claim, the attached documents should contain the original end-user certificate or international import certificate or the original statement of claim, issued or certified by a national authority of the country of the counterparty. |
